Joseph’s practice focuses on litigating personal injury and medical
negligence cases. Prior to coming to Webb & Taylor, LLC, Joseph handled
a wide range of litigation which provided him with a solid foundation
for his current practice.
Joseph graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law. At Ole Miss, he served on the Moot Court Board, was elected president of the Federalist Society, and worked as a managing editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review. He was also inducted into Mayes Inn of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor fraternity.
Joseph has previously worked as a law clerk at North Mississippi Rural Legal Services, where he served clients who normally could not afford legal representation. During his third year of law school, Joseph also worked as a law clerk for in-house counsel at a financial business systems company based in Oxford, Mississippi.
Joseph is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his undergraduate degree in History. At Georgia, Joseph was involved with Delta Sigma Phi fraternity and the Reformed University Fellowship. During his senior year, he was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Joseph also wrote for the Red & Black newspaper and spent a semester abroad at Oxford University in England.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys bird hunting, fishing for shoal bass on the Flint River, watching college football, and spending time with his wife and his Labradors.
